In 2019 Paul recruited our first ever General Manager and found the perfect candidate for the role. Paul understood clearly the combination of skills and personality style required for the role and presented me with outstanding applicants.
Unfortunately, as a result of COVID 19, we have had to restructure the business and disestablish a number of roles.
Paul has supported the company with independent, professional interviewing through this process. He drafted competency based questions in line with agreed criteria and interviewed all staff against the criteria for the newly created roles.
Paul is an experienced professional recruiter with a genuine, down to earth approach. He has the ability to put people at ease while at the same time asking smart and clever questions.

Paul George recently helped us place our first CEO.  This is a new role, formed when the managing director retired from executive duties.
