- Job Boards / Advertising – Using Seek and LinkedIn advertising allows me to tap into any new talent hitting the market in time and in alignment with your hiring requirements.
- LinkedIn – I have an extensive and focused network across a broad range of industries and disciplines that I consistently stay connected too through blogging, keeping current across recruitment trends, market insights, and sharing their successes. I also use the LinkedIn Recruiter tool to ensure we can conduct the most comprehensive searches.
Assessing talent and fit
Assessing candidates for your specific roles I believe is the most critical aspect of my process. Experience and technology will always supply a range of candidates who will look good on paper. However, when it comes to assessing the required skill, will, and technical ability of a candidate to perform in a role, it is as much an art as it is a science. My tenure, EQ, and an authentic approach I believe will always ensure I present the best talent to you and your business.
Targeted search
Communication is the key here, throughout any specific part of the search process I will consistently keep you up to date on my progress, updating you on. Volume of interested candidates from targeted searches. Market feedback on the role or company if required. Remuneration expectations in relation to the role salary (no surprises). Any unforeseen changes to the initial timeline presented.
Advertising and Social Media Response Management
When you are busy, fielding ad responses including telephone enquiries and emails can be time consuming and often unproductive. At Ruby we can take this out of your hands, spending our time screening, and qualifying talent you do want to engage with and respectfully managing those who do not fit the brief.
