Paul is a vastly experienced Recruiter with a demonstrated 25-year history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Professional, empathetic, considered and pragmatic his experience has been gained in both the UK and New Zealand. Paul’s career to date has included executive recruitment partnering successfully with a number of high-profile clients in the Healthcare, For Purpose, Education, Industrial, Consumer, Engineering, Retail and Utilities sectors.

Paul’s experience allows him to offer expertise across a wide range disciplines and the breadth of the whole recruitment life cycle. Holding senior consulting and management roles both in internal recruitment teams and agency recruitment, his love of recruitment simply comes from connecting people and delivering great results to a wide range of stakeholders.

When he’s not recruiting Paul loves swimming, spinning vinyl, low and slow BBQ, and good family time.
